Fees are without VAT (additional 22%). Italian laws allow in some cases, payment of conference registration fees at no additional VAT 22%. In particular are exempted from paying the VAT: individual belonging to a foreign (non-Italian) organization/institution/university; individual belonging to an Italian university or public administration which have the payment done directly from their administration with fatturazione elettronica and split dell'IVA). If you qualify for a VAT exemption, please be ready to provide your institution data during the registration and payment process.

IMPORTANT : all accepted papers (conference and workshops) should be associated to a proper (i.e., not student) registration. Student registration should be accompanied by a proper certification of the student status (copy of the University card, letter from the advisor on letterhead, signed and stamped, ecc.). Student registration are not acceptable for presenting authors, i.e., if the only author attending the event and presenting the paper is a student, s/he need to register in the normal category
